Equipment Delivery to TNG Kick Start After-School Program, Updates on the Sports Ignite program, and GLOCAL Grant

Two weeks ago, we delivered brand new basketballs, soccer balls, and volleyballs to the Kick Start After-School Program, run by The Neighbourhood Group. This donation of equipment is crucial for newcomer kids in the Taylor Massey community who do not have an adequate access to sports opportunities. With our donation, 30 different kids were each able to receive their own brand new ball.

We are also extremely excited about the start of the Sports Ignite program! With applications for the grant opening in May, we have donated a total of $4,000 to the program which will 100% directly be given to families in need. Stay on the look out for the opening of our application!

We are also very grateful to have been selected as a member of the GLOCAL Grant program, a federal funding program that supports youth-led organizations in Canada. With this opportunity, we hope to lead bigger events and impact more people with this additional funding!
